CEO’s WIC program, in partnership with Fidelis Care will be offering a Free Community Health Fair Friday, June 28 from 11am to 1pm at the Troy Riverfront Park.

Farmers’ Market coupons will be available for currently enrolled WIC participants, and there will be free giveaways and raffles along with health & wellness screenings, health insurance information and much more!
