CEO is excited to be joining forces with Unity House and the Regional Food Bank of Northeaster NY to offer Thanksgiving food packages for our customers this year. CEO will be taking advanced registrations for up to 150 families, and additional food packages and meals will be available day-of distribution while supplies last.
Distribution will take place on Saturday November 23rd, across from Unity House in the 6th Ave Parking Lot starting at 10am.
Interested customers must meet the CEO eligibility criteria:
- Customers must have used at least one CEO service within the last 12 months
- Customers must be in a household of 2 or more
- Households of 5+ will be eligible to receive 2 Food packages
- Limit is 2 food packages
- Households must complete a TEFAP (The Emergency Food Assistant Program) Attestation of Eligibility form
Households will receive typical Thanksgiving pantry staples, fresh produce, a Stewarts egg card, a Stewarts milk card, and a 11-13 lb. Turkey. Please note the food package will be 55 lbs spread out among several grocery bags. Sign up intakes will be done digitally through this form.
