In partnership with Unity House, and Capital Roots, CEO is hosting sign-ups for food packages for thanksgiving starting on Monday, October 7th. You can sign up at either CEO or Unity House, but space is limited, so sign up early.
$5 will get you fresh local produce like:
- Potatoes
- Carrots
- Apples
- Onions or brussel sprouts
You will also receive:
- Gravy
- Macaroni
- Cranberry sauce
- Pie mix/filling
- Stuffing
- A Gift certificate for the main dish
At the time of payment, you will get an appointment to pick up your food package. Packages will be distributed on November 25th and 26th at: CEO, 2328 fifth Avenue, Troy, NY. If you have a large family (5+) you can purchase more than one package. Please speak to staff at CEO or Unity House of Troy, Inc. with any questions or concerns.

Please note in order to complete the process, customers must be in a household of 2 or more and must have the following items with them:
- Photo ID
- Proof of Income
- $5 Cash or SNAP
